Yellow is a dangerous colour to use in outlines. You should generally make it waaaaaay darker than you'd normally think, or it'll look all blurred and weird like it does here.

Same applies to yellow shades, really. You have to put much more distance between yellow shades than between shades of other colours. You seem to have done that right in the fur, but the shoe yellow could use more contrast.

You don't seem to have a sense of shading in any of your sprites. As in, you shade your sprites, but incoherently. Her face, shoes (what the heck is up with her shoes? Are the soles inherently a darker shade of blue than the top of them for some reason? Because you should never shade an object like that unless one of the sides is pointing down so as to create a shadow effect) and even her arms suffer of this, especially in he standing sprite where you seem to have just thrown around differently shaded pixels all willy-nilly. I believe this is called contrasting.

My only other complain is that the colour of the shoes is VERY inconsistent. In her standing sprite, they're mostly yellow but the bottoms are blue. Okay. But in her "levitating"(?) sprite, her shoes are now yellow in the back, and blue in the front. And in the last pose that you resized several times for some reason I cannot fathom, her shoes have almost no yellow and are mostly blue now.

I urge you to fix these problems.

@Master_72: I have no idea how to respond to the shading, but i can probably answer your question about the shoes. Notice the levitating and sitting sprites - they have similar looking shoes. The first sprite could have been that Moon light madness forgot to finish the shoe.
